Every security procedure is listed on follow-up sheets, to ensure their proper execution.

Training
Every security agent must attend and successfully complete the following training sessions:

• 123 ICAO base ;
• Hazardous goods ;
• Human factors ;
• Runway security ;

Every document controls check agent must attend and successfully complete the following specific training:
• Introduction to detecting false documents
• Referring document fraude
• CESEDA
• Circulation scheme, country alerts

All agents regularly take part in continuous training and follow-up sessions.

Our instructors, with the occasional cooperation of specialized services, conduct the initial, and on-going training.

Quality
Internal audits are conducted once or twice a year by our internal auditors, to ensure a smooth running of our operations in lines with our procedures.
A joint analysis of results of the level of quality is carried out quarterly with our partners.
